Refund policy

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER...
- please send an EMAIL with your request for refund, including your order number (reply to the original order confirmation if you can!)
- please return package within 30 days from the original order date
- please send everything back exactly as it arrived, ready to go to another customer
- you will receive STORE CREDIT for the amount of the items you're returning at the price you paid, not including shipping charges.

NON-RETURNABLE ORDERS
- custom and bespoke orders
- international orders outside the continental US
- orders returned unannounced (without any communication), damaged, or late
- any items missing or incomplete, unable to be resold to someone else

DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
- if your order arrived in poor condition, please IMMEDIATELY photograph the box or envelope as well as the contents so that we can follow up with the shipper. Then, send us an email with the photos and we'll work out a replacement or refund as the situation requires.
